Drop in classes are £8.
Buy 6 sessions for £42 (only £7 a class!). You'll receive a membership card that lasts up to 3 months! Cash or bank transfer accepted.
Our studios are fully equipped and right off Poole high street, run by Rachel Ford - a fully qualified and certified BarreConcept instructor, trained by the UK's no.1 barre teacher training provider.
Parking: Chapel Lane Car Park (Brewhouse and Kitchen) OR Sainsbury's on Newfoundland Drive.
