LIVING AREAS

Adjustable lighting changes the look and feel of a room. Mood lighting is available all throughout the house (via the dimmer switches).

Main Lounge: A large double aspect sitting room contains 2 large black leather corner sofas and a 3 seater leather sofa, comfortably seating up to 10. The living space is stylish, with contemporary decor that invites relaxation, the soothing neutral tones work well with the elegant furnishings to create a subtle feeling of calm. The 55" flat screen TV with surround sound, Blu-ray & DVD player is provided with a selection of DVDs & Blu-rays to enjoy. A selection of board games and books are also thoughtfully provided.

2nd Lounge: Located off the kitchen/breakfast room could be known as the Children’s den. This fantastic room is comfortably furnished and entertainment is provided via the 42" flat-screen TV for games and playing DVD's. You can also gain access from here into the formal lounge. This fantastic 2nd lounge is furnished with a 3-seater leather sofa bed and 2 x 2-seater leather sofas. Further entertainment is provided via a Wii console, children’s toy box, a selection of books & games and sound system (CD/Ipod docking station). Double french doors leading out on the the patio/garden.

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST & DINING ROOM:

Kitchen/Breakfast Room: The atmosphere of the spacious kitchen is enhanced by the light flooding through the picture windows. Halogen down lights, highlight the quality features of this kitchen which includes the luxury of a rangemaster cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Other contents and equipment include a microwave, toaster, kettle, a good supply of crockery and cutlery (including children's crockery/cutlery), pots and pans. There is ample surface space and plenty of cupboard space. The dining area in the kitchen/breakfast room easily accommodates seating for 6 people. A high chair is also kindly provided on request. There is a 2 seater leather sofa & chair with French doors leading out on the the patio/garden.

Separate Dining Room: A great deal of thought has gone to make the house, comfortable, spacious and tastefully furnished. A second dining room accommodating 10, a useful addition to this house, ideal for family entertaining.

BEDROOMS:

The bedrooms are decorated in calming, neutral tones to the highest standard and comfort throughout. All have plenty of storage space with wardrobe and chest of drawers. All bedrooms are located on the first floor.

Bedroom 1: (Master bedroom with en-suite luxurious wet-room). A spacious master bedroom with double bed. There is a wall-mounted 26” flat-screen TV/DVD combo player.

Bedroom 2: This room, sleeping 2, contains a bunk bed (single-size) and a selection of children's books.

Bedroom 3: An extremely versatile and comfortable room with the option of a king-size bed which can convert to separate twin beds. Please request your preference. There is a wall-mounted 26” flat-screen TV/DVD combo player.

Bedroom 4: As Bedroom 3, this is also an extremely versatile and comfortable room with the option of twin bedroom which can convert to a king-size bed. Please request your preference as to bed configuration. There is a wall-mounted 26” flat-screen TV/DVD combo player.

2 hair dryers, iron/ironing board is also provided.

BATHROOMS:

Family bathroom: On the first floor you will find a family bathroom with bath, shower overhead, pedestal wash hand basin, WC.

En-suite bathroom: The master bedroom has an ensuite wet room with power shower-over, wash hand basin, WC.

OUTDOORS:

HILL VIEW HOUSE benefits from its own private large garden with lovely views over Ilfracombe and beyond with plenty of space for relaxation and play. Mainly laid to lawn with patio,HOT TUB, BBQ, 2 x Chimneas, garden table & 10 chairs and a useful washing line. There is a double garage with automatic electric door, lockable and secure, ideal to store your own mountain bike, surfboards etc..

Parking is well catered for in front of the house with space for up to 4 cars +.
