I am a Female Personal Trainer in St. Albans, London Colney, Shenley and Radlett who is a Weight Loss and Body Transformation expert and a working mum who has lost 4 stone herself and like most women still has to keep working at it!! I'm am also trained as a Sports Therapist and Nutritional Advisor - offering Fitness, Rehabilitation, Sports Massage, Postural Alignment, Nutritional Advise, Mindset and Spray Tanning. All to make you look and feel your best and full of confidence.

For nutritional advise I offer safe and sensible approaches to dieting and nutrition for you and the family. I do not sell or endorse any products, nor offer any latest fads or concoctions. I believe that weight control needs to be learnt with real nutritious food for long term control and nutritional benefits, this fits in with a fitness routine to suite you and your ability.

As a Sports Therapist I am experienced in pitch side run-ons and rehabilitation. I offer Sports Massage Therapy to help with recovery, soreness, strength, niggles and pain.

As Hourglass Fitness is all about looking and feeling your best I also offer Sienna X Spray tans with 6 shades to suit your skin tone. Who doesn feel better with a healthy golden glow?
