Pilates plus

General information

Hi, I'm Linda and I have a Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates alongside a Pre and Post Natal qualification with Health and Fitness Education.

The Pilates Plus Play session allows parents to bring their little ones along with them to play at the side of their mat while they take part in the session. I am not qualified to teach children but they are more than welcome to copy YOU if they choose. It's a fun session that allows YOU to do something for YOURSELF while the children play.

Children are also welcome at the Pre and Post Natal session if you don't have childcare.

Don't worry if you don't have children with you, childfree sessions are also available

Progressive exercise programmes on a 1 - 2 - 1 basis are available and will include postural assessment, client centred goal setting, and exercises unique to your individual needs. It will work around yourself and your schedule as you set the lesson frequency (weekly/fortnightly). Available early evening Mondays or daytime Fridays and Sundays.

Classes available

Pilates Plus Play (£6.50 / 45 minutes)

Monday - 9.45am

Tuesdays - 10 am and 11am

Wednesdays - 10am, 11am and 1.15pm

Mat Pilates (£7.50 / 55 minutes)

Tuesdays and Wednesdays - 12 noon

Pre and Post Natal (£6.50 / 45 minutes)

Mondays - 10.45 am

Tuesdays - 1.15 pm
