PLAN A: Paper Print and Passion

When we met as studio neighbours in Exeter we had no notion that we would one day throw our lot in together and work alongside each other for the next twenty years.

We tied the knot (literally) and moved to West Dorset. Our plan was to set up a joint bookbinding and fine art studio but we got sidelined into conservation, raising children, playing music, and telling stories.

Here we are, back to plan A and our passion for paper and print. Our Bindery and Letterpress Studio opened in 2013.

Our range of hand cut block printed cards are mini works of art for you to keep and frame or send to a friend. For Valentines Day this year we produced our first letterpress chapbook: six of my love poems which David has printed and bound with red linen thread.

We discovered that offcuts of designer fabric make David's unique books extra special so we are making them in all sorts of shapes and sizes to meet your every need. Tell us what you like and what you would like to see more of and we'll get making!
