Psychodynamic counselling can help with many areas of emotional difficulty, as various presenting symptoms can have very similar root causes. We have all experienced times when life’s problems can seem insurmountable; times of anxiety, depression, or over whelming pressure; times when we may feel helpless or out of control or just can’t cope. Rather than simply tackling the apparent surface “symptom” we use the relationship in the room to understand what might be underlying the issues, and also to explore other areas which might be causing problems

I can help you to make connections that may enable you to understand why you get stuck in certain patterns of life so that we gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
