One-2-One Tutors

General information

I’m Patrice Heaney, founder of One-2-One Tutors, and also an active tutor. Before I set up One-2-One tutors, I was a tutor for other private tuition companies where I tutored students for English and Maths (Primary and Secondary). I’ve spent time listening to parents and understanding what they actually want from a tuition service. All parents want to see is progress and improvement, as they want the best for their children. They want someone who cares about education as well as caring about their child’s achievement. They want efficient support within one to one sessions and using adaptable methods to suit the child.

I have a BA (Hons) and a PGCE Degree in Teaching. I have spent the last two years teaching Art and Design at a College, Supply Teaching and Tutoring English, Art and Maths (Primary and Secondary), supporting and preparing students for 11+ exams, SATS and GCSES in West Oxfordshire area. One-2-One is designed specifically to offer a bespoke tutoring service that differentiates to every student needs.
