Loves to take the extra mile to ensure satisfaction of all clients and to stand out from other trainers. I use a range of different methods that can meet the needs of every client "guaranteed"! From dynamic functional training to extreme outdoor fitness, and everything in between. Whatever you want to get out of the health and fitness side to life allow Lewis to help you with it. With past experiences with different sporting teams and individuals we can find the right training to suit you! Aswell I run a scale of classes such as circuits and spin classes that has a motivational drive you cannot escape from to make sure you get the most from every class.
