Soak up Cornwall’s bounty whilst staying in our lovely 6-berth static
holiday home with super views of Perranporth beach and the valley to the
west. Available all year round now that Liskey Hill Caravan Park is open
all 12 months of the year. Families, couples and pets are very welcome
on this small, quiet, friendly family owned site. The beach is dog friendly,
as is the site, for responsible dog owners.

Earn a 10% discount off the cost of your second week, and any return
visits in 2015.

Dogs are Free for the second week, after a £20 charge for the first week.
A deposit of £30 is required but will be refunded after departure and
inspection unless damage or further cleaning is necessary.

Full facilities on the site include: Grocery shop, Launderette (with quick
washes available, plus iron and ironing board), Games Room, and
BBQ/Picnic Area.

Please bring your own hand, bath and beach towels.

Your holiday home comes equipped with all your clean bedding, sheets
and covers, provided free of charge, and for that Extra Special Welcome,
the beds will be made up for you before you arrive. Please read on to
see what else you can leave at home!

In the lounge: Enjoy your Welcome package, to help your stay get off to a
good start (tea, coffee, sugar, milk and Cornish biscuits). Full HD
Freeview T.V and DVD Blu Ray player and selection of DVD’s. Reading
materials. Pull out metal action double bed. Storage locker for shoes by
the door, and storage beneath the seats.

In the kitchen: Fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, full size gas
cooker, crockery and cutlery for 6, kettle, toaster, pans, knives, chopping
board etc.
In the twin bedroom: ‘Is somebody tired?’ Relax, .. the beds, and
superior mattresses, are made up for you before you arrive.
In the cupboard, there are a small collection of board and card games,
and essential bedtime stories… ‘sweet dreams’. A clothes airer is under
one bed. There is a storage cupboard beneath the other bed. There are
two fleece throws in the top of the wardrobe.
In the double bedroom: Need a nap after all that driving? Your bed, and
superior mattress, is made up for you before you arrive. There are two
‘double bed throws’ in the wardrobe also (if you use these, please leave
them out to be laundered when you leave.) The hoover is in the bottom
of the wardrobe for chance you need it. A hairdryer is in the top of the
wardrobe. Playstation 2 with a selection of games (this is packed into
its own bag in the wardrobe for chance you wish it to remain there).

In the W.C.: Bath mat, shower mat, toilet roll.

In the storage cupboard: broom, brush and pan, iron, extra plugs, pegs.

The wonderfully welcoming village of Perranporth nestles at the bottom
of the hill, offering a full range of shops, restaurants, pubs and of course
opportunities for surfing, kayaking and skim boarding. A wonderful place
to be explored, and a base to explore the beautiful, wild and rugged north
coast of Cornwall, with all it has to offer, but don’t leave it there, it’s only
an hour to Looe on the south coast, or Kynance Cove at The Lizard.
There’s a host of leaflets at the shop/reception, and WiFi is now
available on site for a fee if you like to research the internet.

Please note: I allow no more than 2 small, or one medium sized well
behaved dog in the caravan, but ask that they are kept off the furniture and
not left unattended there.

A deposit of £50 for each week will be required to secure your booking
and payment of the full amount will be due 1 calendar month before the
commencement of your holiday.
