School's Out Henleaze Holiday Club offers fun, affordable, high quality childcare during all Bristol school holidays and Henleaze inservice days.We operate from Henleaze Junior School, and have use of the two indoor halls and the extensive grounds and play equipment, including the sports field. Children from any school are welcome
The After School Club is based in Henleaze Infant School and accepts children from both the Infant and Junior Schools. We operate from the main hall, and have use of the large playgrounds and the Trym Trail.
The scheme is staffed by a well qualified and experienced team of friendly playworkers. We encourage outdoor play wherever possible and allow children to move freely between the different activities and areas. We offer a wide variety of activities on a daily basis, including craft, sports and games. Examples of past activities include football tournaments, baking muffins, kite flying, badge making, quad biking and treasure hunts. We also run day trips to places such as Avon Valley Country Park and Crealey. We also have quiet areas and activities available.
We are very experienced in helping settle in new children, regardless of their age, and we get very positive feedback from parents (and children) who have used our services time and time again
