Hi! I am a Holistic Therapist. I use only Vegan and alcohol free products. I offer the following treatments:
Reflexology ~ Reflexology works on reflex points on the feet that correspond to structures and organs in the body. It brings the whole body back into balance so that the body can heal itself.
It is deeply relaxing and has wonderful health-giving results. Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy to calm and restore the body and mind.
I have also had advanced training for sub-fertility issues and Maternity Reflexology.

I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and offer both Reiki training and treatments. Reiki is excelent for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. It is deeply relaxing and helps shift blockages, enabling us to see life in a more positive light.

I am INLPTA trained NLP Practitioner. NLP helps change the unconscious processes that keep us fixed in patterns of behaviour that we cannot seem to control. Phobias, addictions such as smoking or overeating, post traumatic stress disorder and many more issues can be shifted. NLP is about moving forwards - we do not go over the past to find out 'why' we have a problem, but focus instead on achieving your best outcome by changing your mental programming.

I also offer Ku Nye Tibetan head, hand & foot massage. This extremely relaxing massage is based in the Ayurvedic tradition. It works on accupressure points throughout the body to bring balance and the correct flow of chi. It helps get eveything working at optimum and guarantees many excellent night's sleep after the treatment! Many people look 10 years younger after the treatment as it includes a facial massage which releases all the tension from your face and head.

I also offer Dream Processing sesions and workshops. Going on a journey of exploring your dreams can bring deep insights into your life and your problems. It can help you dicover parts of yourself that you never knew existed and can help you find solutions to problems, and creates huge change in your life!
