I am Nicki Wadley, founder of Great Expectations Consultancy and I am passionate about developing outstanding governance that has a direct impact on improving children's futures.

Great Expectations Consultancy is an Independent, Gloucestershire based School Governance Consultancy helping school governors make a real difference to children's' futures.

Typically governing bodies are seeking to develop their performance, as we all know performance will be reflected in that all-important Ofsted inspection but more importantly it needs to be child focused.

I use my expertise and experience as a leader and governor to deliver bespoke reviews and audits, consultancy work, delivering workshops that enable clients to gain clarity about their roles and responsibilities, learn how to balance robust challenge with a supportive approach insuring transparent, engaging, and effective governance in a child focused manner.

Children and young people require and deserve governors who are confident and understand their role in being part of an effective team.
