Luxury guest house New House Farm is located in the real Lake District - a place of peace and beauty without the crowds. Magnificent natural walking routes with stunning scenery combine with warm hospitality and excellent food.
The Barn Tearooms are situated in the original cow byres on the ground floor of a traditional Lakeland Bank Barn circa 1886, just across the cobbled yard from the main house. it is worth noting that the Tea Room closes when we are hosting a private function, so we recommend giving us a call before you drop in to avoid disappointment!
