General information

Counselling Services for young people and individual adults with a qualified counsellor. I believe that every individual has the ability to grow and strive and reach their full potential when shown a non-judgmental approach, respect, acceptance, empathy and congruence.

I am able to offer my clients a warm and safe environment where they can be able to express themselves freely to explore personal and relational issues. Working with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Loss and Bereavement, Relationships, Stress including work-related stress, Emotional Abuse etc. I currently work as a Bereavement counsellor as well, supporting both adults and children and young people. Everything you share with me in the course of our work together will be treated as highly confidential.

I am an individual member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

Sessions
Sessions are one to one, face to face and will run according to your needs, this can be either short or long term, it is all up to you. The sessions will be 50 minutes long and will preferably be on the same day and at the usual time but I am aware that sometimes things come up and needs may change where you may need to change the session time or day, I am able to accommodate this should the need arise where possible.

Fees and Payments
Payments can be made before or after the session. Prices start from £30 to £40 per session. Prices are negotiable according to income.
