General information
I practice in sports massage and alternative therapies, with regular clients – both athlete and non athlete – and have an involvement with the Queensbury Boxing League in the capacity of sports masseur on their regular fight nights and volunteer work at the local athletic club (East Grinstead Athletic Club) by doing sports massage.
My primary aim is to promote the importance of both mental and physical well-being and to raise awareness with regards the treatment and prevention of physical injury.
