Vanquish PT was established in 2014 by Sonny Marrs, a REP’s registered level 3 personal trainer with a passion for health and fitness. Vanquish PT offers a range of tailor-made services including 1-2-1 personal training, small group training sessions, boot camps and distance coaching that are all designed to ensure you achieve your goals.

Our trainers deliver a wide range of personal training services which are varied and exciting, driving to you to your specific goals, leaving you feeling invigorated and ready for the next level. We provide tailor made nutritional advice and menu planning which goes hand in hand with your workouts.

Training sessions can be carried out in a gym environment, in the comfort of your own home, or in the great outdoors , providing you with the flexibility you need to make things as convenient as possible.
