All classes are held at Cotterstock Village Hall, Main Street, Near Oundle, Peterborough. PE8 5HD
Class sizes are strictly set to a maximum of 12 and are ‘hands on’ to ensure you are working with correct alignment and posture at all times, and to ensure maximum benefit from the exercises. Spaces are pre-booked and paid in advance either termly or half-termly at £10 per session. To join any class a minimum of one private 1:1 session is required to cover medical history and to ensure understanding of the essential fundamentals of Pilates. This first 1:1 will be offered at half price, £20.
