General information
A voluntary organisation based in the Spa, with our principle objectives to develop initiatives and actions that relate to the social, educational and cultural
interests for the benefit of its people and the town itself. We also look at ways to support the town economy via the Droitwich Business Forum which we set up in 2010. And, recently we have been developing the Shop Local database for the good of local businesses.
We pilot and assist many organisations in the annual Droitwich Spa Music & Arts Festival and other Arts Events, as well as heading and implementing workshops/after school clubs and events for the pupils and youths of our Spa town and surrounding villages.
We have worked hard to build up extremely good relationships with Droitwich Spa Town Council, Wychavon Council and Worcestershire County Council, each of whom have been superbly co-operative in the part or full funding of many projects we undertake.
Through the website www.droitwichspa.com, which we own and administer, we are able to provide an immense portal of knowledge and information for the townsfolk and a wide-reaching audience…all to promote Droitwich Spa. Welcome, enjoy and participate!!
