These two large Edwardian properties are ideal for all group gatherings from hen and stag parties to special birthdays, weddings, corporate team building and entertaining. Wing 1 has 7 bedrooms and can sleep up to 20 comfortably. The large garden has a 6 seater hot tub which is included in the rental price. Wing 2 can sleep 10 - 17 and has a dining table to seat 18 making it perfect for large dinner parties. It too has a hot tub. Both Wings can be rented together to accommodate 37 (plus 4) with internal adjoining doors between them. A 2 night weekend stay starts from £1500, less than £100 per person! The house is within walking distance of pubs, shops and the town centre where you can get the passenger ferry across to Portsmouth for a wider range of restaurants, bars and nightclubs and Gunwharf Quays for shopping.
