Belfast's only school dedicated to teaching the three main Chinese internal martial arts of Tai Chi, Xing Yi and Ba Gua, including Qigong, two person and weapons training.
Weekly classes for Tai Chi Chuan
Tuesday 6.30 - 7.30 pm - Beginners
Thursday 6.30 - 7.45 pm - Seniors
Saturday 9.30 -10.45 am - Qigong
Saturday 11.15 - 12.30 am - Open Class, all abilities
Xing Yi
Tuesday 7.30 - 8.30 pm
