We are a Local, Volunteer Run, Non Profit, Friendly Atmosphere Club.
Monday & Thursday
Mini'uns 5-8 yrs 16:45 - 17:30
Juniors 9-13 yrs 17:30 - 18:30
Seniors 14+ 18:30 - 19:30
Saturday
Junior Traditional 09:30 - 10:15
Junior Sparring 10:15 - 11:00
Senior Traditional 11:00 - 11:45
Senior Sparring 11:45 - 12:30
All classes @ St Nicholas' Church Hall, Broadway, Fleetwood.
Our Club has been helping Fleetwood stay safe and fit for over 20 years!
All instructors are DBS (formerly CRB) cleared.
We have Formal Child Protection Procedures in place and instructors have been on relevant courses,
All instructors and some adults at the club are First Aid trained (or higher).
Our main aim is to provide a safe and fun environment where people from the age of 5 to 100 (and older) can train together, learning self defence while keeping fit (in mind and body) and having lots of fun. we go to competitions, demonstrations, courses and seminars.
