Poplar Farm is run by Jonathan Green & Cait Clarke. It is a small farm in Norfolk. The couple are extremely passionate about higher welfare for farmed animals and about keeping food miles low.
We currently sell Lamb and Turkey, grass fed Beef & free range eggs.
