At The Parent and Baby Coach, we believe the Parent to be the Expert and therefore are passionate about helping you find solutions to any parenting issues, challenges and goals you may want to work towards in those early years to make your parenting experience a rewarding and positive time for yourself, your partner and your children. There is no solution that fits all, which is why Parent Coaching is so important in today's modern parenting world with so many books, methods and advice on every aspect of parenting imaginable.

Every individual parents situation is different and although most parents come with similar goals, by allowing the parent time to explore their thinking patterns and giving space to talk openly, parent coaching really can turn dreams into realistic goals to work towards. We provide one to one coaching sessions, workshops and seminars for Parents with young children. We tailor our sessions to suit the individual, whether this be with a group of friends in your home, a group of colleagues in your organisation or a private one to one session at a time that suits you best . Depending on the goals and issues that you may have, using a mixure of coaching, NLP and Cognitive Behavioural models, we are passionate about helping you create a positive change and find the right solutions for you and your family.
