General information
Willis Academy of dance has been established since 2008 . We are based at Clifford village hall and also holding classes at Boston spa school. We take children from 3 right up to adults. We teach ISTD ballet, modern and tap as well as Street/pop Jazz.
Willis academy of dance has been created by Tanya Willis to focus on dance being taught in a fun, Friendly, caring and creative environment that allows children to increase their self confidence and flourish as a performer.
We hold Bi annual main shows and christmas showcases also Exams with the leading exam board Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.
Tanya Willis trained at SLP and the Royal ballet school Junior associates.
Tanya also teaches Melody Bear pre-school Ballet at Kidzplay Harrogate and Harrogate squash club and is also a guest teacher at Scala Performing Arts school in horsforth.
Tanya is the assistant choreographer for York grand opera houses stage experience which takes place every summer.
