Bujinkan Kigen Dojo Norwich constantly looks at improving the skills we develop through authentic training of basic and advanced waza. (Techniques) We are are always striving to excel to the levels of the Japanese Shihan & Soke in Japan. after all there is no better standard to compare with than the dizzy heights they have achieved in Japan.
I (Richard) trained with Dai Shihan Paul Harper since (approx) 1990 where Paul was a great guide for me in my Bujinkan training. He inspired me by being my main source of training & information regarding Bujinkan Budo for many years and still does.
I have also made a point of training with other Yu Shu Shihan and Dai Shihan in the UK and Europe.
I travel as often as possible to Japan to train with the Japanese Dai Shihan & Hatsumi Soke to heighten my Waza and to help develop my teaching skills.
