Home of the British Bicycle.
Great British Bike Build was founded in 2012 to promote British manufacturing.
Initially focusing on renovations of classic designs such as Bates, Claude Butler and Holdsworth. Renovations is still a big part of the business but now alongside we promote classic brands such as Pashley, Brooks, Carradice and more recently R.E.W. Reynolds who has been producing superb handmade cycling shoes in Northampton since 1921. GBBB is not just about the traditional British brands, we are also focused on highlighting modern manufacturing such as Hope Technology and Ultimate Sports Engineering, who are producing quality components in Britain which more suitable for the Mountain bike and Triathlon bike.
Great British Bike Build does not look upon cycling as a cheap form of transport, it is targeting an audience that wants to buy a piece of British heritage and have pride of ownership for many years to come.
