How can coaching help you?

The coaching experience will be different for every individual. But let's assume that you're here because there's an area of your life you wish to change. Something isn't right. Something isn't making you happy. Maybe it's your job. Maybe you're experiencing far too much stress at work or at home. Maybe you know what your dream job is but you just don't know how to get there. Or maybe you're not happy in your job but you have no idea yet what your dream job is.
