Hello, my name is Tasmin Wilks and welcome to the Seren Rose Holistics page.

I'm a complementary therapist offering a variety of massage and healing therapies, along with meditation tuition.

I started with attuning to Reiki, then learning holistic massage and progressed from there, adding various modalities along the way. After years of my own personal meditation practice and exploration of the different forms in which it can be experienced, I trained in meditation tuition. I believe that it is a wonderful form of self-healing that can be incorporated into daily life, offering many health, emotional and spiritual benefits, playing a major role in stress reduction and enhancing inner peace.
My philosophy is that everybody deserves health, happiness, peace and a chance to unwind, giving me the desire to help others experience health and wellness through whichever therapy appeals to them most. Every person has their own preferences so one type of therapy may appeal more than others. It is with this in mind that I provide various routes to healing.
