General information

Over the last 10 years I have been very lucky to have worked with some very inspiring instructors, continuing to build knowledge of this huge fitness industry we are amongst today, I have 4 years experience working oversees in Australia, where I found boxing, for me this was a game changer as I found I loved being able to be involved with an activity with so many fitness and psychological benefit. This made me go on to pursue being a boxing instructor. I have always been very active, since childhood it would either be a team sport or running event. Since being back from Australia after teaching,instructing bootcamps and conducting Personal training I have discovered I have a real Buzz for getting everyone involved in exercise and love to see results and happy faces after sessions. I now have a little girl of 22 months, she is my everything closely followed by my need to exercise and continue instructing and sharing that buzz!
