The significance of F.M.Alexander's work and the importance of his
discoveries regarding how we "use" ourselves cannot be overstated.

From an early age we mis-use our bodies. We collapse it, pull it out of
shape and distort it by employing too much energy and effort in our
everyday acts of walking,sitting,standing,eating,talking,playing games,
thinking,reasoning,etc. Then as we grow older we wonder why we
experience back and neck pain,poor circulation,breathing difficulties,
nervous tension, depression and a multitude of other physical and mental
symptomns or failings.
