Absolute Martial Arts gives you the opportunity to train and learn in a friendly, family based, fun and positive environment. Our classes will vary weekly but include general fitness, basic techniques, pad work, self-defence, grading work and sparring.

We hold classes for children from the age of 4, and adults, of all abilities.

CLASS TIMES

Mondays: Wallace Fields Infants School, Ewell

Absolute Kids Kickboxing (4yrs - 12yrs) - 6pm-7pm
Adults Kickboxing (13yrs+) - 7pm-8.30pm
Kicking Class - 8.39-9.30pm

Tuesdays: Croydon Post Office Social and Athletic Club, Warlingham

Absolute Kids Kickboxing (4yrs - 7yrs) - 5-6pm
Absolute Kids Kickboxing (8yrs - 12yrs) - 6-7pm
Cardio Kickboxing (13+) - 7pm - 8pm
Adults Kickboxing (13+) 8pm - 9.30pm

Wednesdays: St. Cecelia's School, North Cheam

Absolute Kids Kickboxing (4yrs - 12yrs) - 6.15pm-7.15pm
Adults Kickboxing (13yrs+) - 7.15pm-8.45pm

Thursdays: Carshalton College, Sutton

Absolute Kids Kickboxing (4yrs - 7yrs) - 5-6pm
Absolute Kids Kickboxing (8yrs - 12yrs) - 6-7pm
Adults (13+yrs) - 7pm-8.30pm
