The property is a three bedroom apartment situated in the Old Town of Margate close to the harbour and beach. The building is Grade 2 listed and over three hundred years old. The apartment is modern with some old features still retained. It is first floor, entering into a modern kitchen diner, through to the lounge and then onto the modern and luxurious bathroom, a staircase takes you up to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, another room can be two singles or a double and the last room has a single bed; sleeping up to five people.
