General information

I am a fully qualified and experienced Registered Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with a Psychology degree, Health Psychology MSc. I specialise in anxiety, depression and smoking cessation. I use a combination of Hypnotherapy with other effective tools e.g. Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). My aim is to use the most effective tools and assist you in attaining your goals in the quickest time. My approach is mainly Solution-Focussed Hypnotherapy, which is a quicker form of hypnotherapy; and therefore less costly as most problems can be treated within 2-6 sessions, yet the benefits are long-lasting.

I have a comfortable, relaxed and private treatment room in Victoria Road, Horley (near Gatwick), Surrey.
