Im so passionate about helping people achieve their dreams in life. Part of this is being healthy and feeling gorgeous. My path through nutrition has brought me to an exciting place of coaching people who want better health through nutrition or lose weight. This can be a one to one approach: Online or offline, including SPA days and gym introduction. If you want to book as a group, this is fine too.
Due to popular requests, I will also be realeasing dates of a beginners workshop into Law of Attraction.
Currently I'm on a campaign to help people be more healthy through nutrition, lifestyle and happiness :o) Mission: To see the world be less obese and more healthy, lessening the burden on the NHS and seeing less illness.
