Monday classes from are at the Riverside Fitness Centre, Milford at 6 pm every Monday.
Tuesday's are at 6:30pm,
Wednesdays are at 6:15 & 7:30 pm, classes held at Ripley are at the Pulse Gym, Derby Road DE5 3HR.
Thursday class is at Matlock 7 pm at Parkside Fitness.
Private classes are available by appointment at all locations.
First class is free for beginners, £5 non beginners.
Private lessons are £20 per person per hour or £30 for 2 people per hour.
