Massage 4 Tots (from birth onwards) -
Calming, relaxing and fun, baby massage can help improve the bond between you and your little one. Massage can also promote better sleep, boost the immune system, help circulation and digestion, and facilitates body awareness and sensory stimulation.

Yoga 4 Tots (from 2 months onwards) - Yoga has physical, physiological, developmental and psychological benefits. Yoga postures in adults induce deep relaxation; in babies they bring a state of deep contentment and promote deep sleep. Baby Yoga induces a happy, care-free and lively parent-infant interaction which develops as the babies grow.

Groovymoves 4 Tots (from 3 months onwards) - available in group classes. This is a fun music and movement class which will give both you and baby a gentle workout! Sing along with the well known songs and nursery rhymes, whilst encouraging your baby to do simple exercises and movements to the rhythm of the music. These classes are heaps of fun as well and your baby will be delighted to take part.

Signing 4 Tots (from 6 months to 2 years) - available in group classes. Learn how to use simple and appropriate signs to communicate with your child before and whilst speech is developing. It's great fun and enables you to have two way communication with your child before they have developed the oral skills to do so.
