A community Pre-school with a charitable status, owned and run by the parents of the children attending. We have 5 permanent members of staff and 2 Pre-school assistants.
At St John's Pre-school we pride ourselves on our safe, warm, friendly and nurturing atmosphere. We work in partnership with the parents and carers to ensure that all the children get the best possible start in their early years learning.
Your child's learning is encouraged through free choice of play both indoor and outdoor. We work with all the children in small groups to promote literacy and numeracy through a variety of learning games. Each child is encouraged to learn at their own pace, discovering ideas and concepts through play.
