You can enjoy wonderful treatments such as, Reiki/Seichem energy healing, Suara sound therapy, Indian head massage, These therapies each have their specific qualities, yet they will all help with stress, and imbalance, they are healing and relaxing.
1:1 yoga sessions are devised for your needs, new to yoga, wish to develope your yoga and learn more, or recovery from injury or ilness, yoga can improve your wellbeing, physically and mentally.
We hold Workshops and Yoga Retreats throughout the year. The retreats are truly amazing, they allow you to let go of old issue and fear, and learn how to enjoy the gifts of life, you will be completely cleansed, feel rested yet energized, bliss!
The yoga workshops are 2 hour sessions they will be teaching you about aspects of yoga, there will be practical session included.
