Operating as a freelancer, Martin Smith is the Trainer behind SMART fitness services, working with over 10 years experience across different aspects of the fitness industry, working closely with clients on a 1-1 basis, to deliver results in whichever aspect of fitness the client wishes to develop.

Whilst also providing group training classes from popular sessions such as Spinning, Circuit Training and more recently, Bootcamp style sessions, combining functional movement patterns, high intensity cardiovascular work and core strength through integration amongst other innovative training methods.
