Lucy has worked as a specialist cancer nurse for over 20 years in both London and the West Country. She has extensive experience caring for patients undergoing cancer therapy and support after treatment. She has led services and consulted for the National Cancer Action Team.
Lucy discovered the benefits of hypnotherapy and mindfulness after referring many patients suffering from low self esteem, anxiety and depression following completion of their cancer treatment.
She has now developed a busy professional practice helping clients achieve positive change in many aspects of their lives. SFH can also help clients overcome specific phobias, enhance performance, sleep well, loose weight for good and reduce the physical symptoms of pain or IBS.
