General information

A newly founded rugby team in the area of Mildenhall & Red Lodge, Suffolk, England.
All levels of ability are welcome form season pro's to first timers.
Training is on Thursdays at 7pm at Red Lodge Sports Pavilion come along as new members are always welcome.
Training sessions consists of skills, fitness and conditioning with qualified coaches and a depth of experience within the squad.
We mainly have a 1st XV men's team who currently play in eastern counties league 2 west on a Saturday, with a social 7's side during the summer months.
Our team consists of a variety of players from local youth's up through the ages even some American servicemen.
