Strike Martial Arts

General information

Strike Martial Arts Academy is a modern purpose-built facility equipped to cater for K1 Kickboxing, Judo, Wrestling, mixed-martial arts training (MMA), Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Personal training and mixed strength type training with the added bonus of an in house physiotherapist.

The academy boasts;
• professional size 20ft k1 ring,
• fully matted and professional k1 dojo fitted with gloves, ftx bags,body sheilds, kick sheilds, thai pads
• Professional wrestling mat
• Strength & Conditioning Area, with trx band, olympic bars, bumper plates, body pump set, medicine balls, box jumps and more
• a dedicated group exercise area for PT,
• sunbeds and
• clean modern changing facilities with lockers for your personal items.

The academy also offers free parking, a coffee machine, equipment shop and is available to hire for corporate/teambuilding events, children’s birthday parties and as PT space.

Strike Martial Arts are the owners of this facility but hosts several other tenants/partners to include;

• Torres BJJ
• Rivera Sunbeds

Strike operate 6 days per week, an all-inclusive club for all abilities and fitness goals whether it be for weight loss, to increase fitness levels or to compete right up to world champion status this clubs encompasses it all.

The different dimensions currently within the club include;

1. 4-15 Mini Strikers
3. 16+ Senior Beginners K1
4. 16+ Senior Advanced K1
5. Fighting For Peace Cross Community Project (In partnership with The Old Library Trust, Healthy Living Centre & Torres BJJ)
6. Mixture of timetabled fitness classes (boxing, strength and conditioning)
