General information

I am an Integrative Counsellor offering one to one therapy in Cardiff Bay and RCT.

I offer a confidential, warm environment, and my counselling style is empathetic, compassionate and non-judgemental.

I have a particular interest in working with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and a sense of loss including bereavement.

Viewing each client as unique, I adopt an Integrative Approach to Counselling, the emphasis being on Person-Centred Therapy, while using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic models.

I feel honoured to be part of the journey of self-discovery with each client I support.

I have an interest and experience working with anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, low self esteem, stress, coping with signifcant life changes and relationship issues.
