General information
I’m Thomas Bell – a fully qualified (Levels 3 & 4) Sports Therapist and Injury Specialist – Specialising in sports related and non-sports related injuries.
As a Sports Massage Therapist, I am able to assess, treat and aid the rehabilitation of a full range of injuries. Throughout my active career I have also played high level sports which has aided me in gaining a thorough understanding of both injury and rehabilitation methods.
As a fully qualified Personal Trainer, I have worked both independently and for prestigious gym and fitness companies, in addition to training Bootcamp groups.
As an avid gym-goer from a young age and starting out in the Building and Carpentry sector, I personally understand the demands that we place on the body on a daily basis; whether it be through exercise or the demands from our work.
