If you have come to the Direction Coaching because you recognise life could be a bit better, a bit calmer a bit more exciting or fulfilling, then you are in the right place.

We are dedicated to improving people's peace of mind, life satisfaction, pride and overall happiness. We will work with you to overcome obstacles and realise your potential. It does not cost a fortune, your first session is free, with absolutely no obligation for further sessions. After your first session you may even feel that one was all you needed. Hour long sessions are charged at £40.
