General information

My name is Charlie and I'm a professional dog walker and boarder from Upton in Poole, Dorset. I have a lifetime of experience with dogs, being lucky enough to have been brought up in a very dog-oriented family, spending most of our time out and about walking the pups around the New Forest. I now have 2 of my own dogs; a beautiful collie x pointer - an independent little girl with the sweetest (if sometimes sassy!) character, and our adolescent German short-haired pointer puppy with a mischievous personality, the biggest heart and legs to match!
It was only natural for me to turn my passion for dogs and the great outdoors into a career, and I'm really excited to be able to offer my services to you.

As a dog owner and lover myself I have used many dog walkers and carers in the past, so I know how important it is to have trustworthy and reliable help when you are not around or able yourself.
We are lucky enough to have a large garden that backs onto Upton Country Park, so your dogs can enjoy plenty of outdoor space and easy access to walks. On top of this, we are just a stone's throw from the beach, Poole heathlands, Wareham Forest and even the rolling hills of the Jurassic Coast on weekends! I am fully insured to look after your pets, hold a clean CRB and have key-holders insurance to enter and secure your home. I am dog first aid trained and have a van tailored to ensure secure transport to and from walks so you can trust your dog is in safe hands at all times.

Most importantly, you can be assured I will look after and care for your dog as if they were my own. I have worked hard to build a service that both pets and owners can trust, enjoy and be extremely happy with. I promise a caring service, and an active and fun time for your dog. I can't wait to meet them.

SERVICES

For dog walking and pop-ins I cover Poole and its surrounding areas, including Upton, Hamworthy, Canford Heath, Creekmore, Lytchett Minster and Sturminster Marshall. Examples of dog walking grounds include Upton Country Park, Hamworthy Common, Lytchett Bay, Canford Heath, Hamworthy park and surrounding Poole countryside

Dog Walking:

Dogs will be collected from your home and given a full hours walk. Treats will be supplied (dietary requirements allowing). Picture sent to you on every walk. They will be towelled down as needed and dropped safely back. Fresh water will be given on departure.

Boarding: £25

For well behaved dogs, I am pleased to offer sitting/boarding services. Dogs will stay with us in our home and will be treated as one of the family! I have been inspected by Poole Council Animal Welfare and am fully licensed so you can be confident your pet will be safe and secure. We are lucky enough to have a large garden which backs onto Upton Country Park, so dogs can enjoy plenty of outdoor space as well as easy access to walks. To top it off, we are just a stone's throw from the beach, Poole heathlands, Wareham Forest and even the rolling hills of the Jurassic Coast on weekends! We pride ourselves on providing a 'home-from-home' for your dog where they will always feel safe, relaxed and loved. Please get in contact today to discuss your requirements further.

Pet Day Care: £20

Drop your dog off with me for the day whilst you're at work or busy, and they can join me on my walking adventures! Guaranteed an active, fun and loving day.

Extra Services -

Pet taxi/vet trips: Price based on individual requirements

I am very happy to offer a 'pet taxi service'. Should your dog or pet require a trip to the vet, local groomers, nearby family member's, friend's house or any other short trip, please contact me and we can work together to get them safely from A to B.

Pet 'pop in': £7

Should you simply need someone to 'pop in and help', be it to feed your pet, provide toilet relief, puppy visits, to check on a sick or elderly pet or other 'pop in' needs, I am happy to help. Please contact me with your requirements to discuss further.

Emergency or ad-hoc help:

Should you find yourself tied-up or away without warning, worrying about your pets at home, I can help. Whether it's health related, simply broken down and cannot get home, called away unexpectedly with work or anything else, I am happy to provide short notice / urgent assistance to you and your pets and will work with you to find the best solution, allowing you to relax and concentrate on your task at hand. Wedding or Special Event services: Price based on individual requirements

Getting married or having a special celebration or event? Would you love for you pet to come and make a 'special appearance' but can't see how? I can help! Based on your requirements I am able to bring your dog/s to your venue for their VIP entrance, and then bring them safely back to spend the day at our home being treated like a VIP there! You can relax and have a good time, knowing your pet is in safe hands. Please contact me for further information.
