General information

Relax, release, refresh and restore yourself with 7 nights pilates holiday in beautiful, sunny Andalusia on the Costa de la Luz, the south west coast of Spain for just £525 (not including flights or travel insurance)

Places are limited to only 4 per holiday so we recommend an early booking, plus the earlier you book the cheaper your flights are likely to be.

We welcome discerning ladies seeking a fun experience with a difference. Why not release any stress and tension with some quality me-time and return home with a calm mind, feeling refreshed and restored.

May-June and late September Holidays include:-

* transfers to and from airport (Malaga, Jerez, Gibraltar) No stress. We will be waiting for you in the arrivals lounge to take you to the house

* 7 nights accom (sharing twin room) in a lovely modern townhouse situated in the quiet outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, just a few steps away from a beautiful sandy beach

* breakfast/brunch made with delicious fresh local produce and served outside on the terrace (weather permitting)

* all soft drinks including freshly squeezed local oranges, tea and coffee throughout the day

* daily pilates class with Karen a fully qualified Body Control Pilates teacher of many years experience. Small groups of 4 ensuring a more personal tuition held in the new pilates studio within the house. Classes are suitable for all levels including those that are new to pilates and those with more experience Our classes are held in the morning and afterwards is free time

* relaxation classes (optional) to help improve your mental and physical health by relaxing your mind and body.

* one complimentary Indian Head Massage or Reiki treatment during your stay

* plenty of opportunity to relax on one of the beautiful, local sandy beaches only minutes away or explore the pretty white mountain towns (pueblos blancos) of Vejer and Conil de la Frontera and other local beauty spots in our courtesy mini-bus. Plenty of time to check out the delicious tapas in one of the many typical Spanish bars/restaurants or visit the local market to get some freshly caught fish or meat kebabs and cook them over the barbecue on the terrace at home

* The surrounding countryside is perfect for easy walking or there are 3 mountain bikes and helmets for you to use if you prefer to explore the local area on two wheels

* 1 surf board & 2 bodyboards are also available for your use if you feel like splashing about in the sea

* our courtesy minibus is also available to take you to & from the local town of Conil de la Frontera (5 mins away) if you feel like discovering the town and wandering the narrow cobbled streets full of galleries, gift shops and eating places.
