General information

I teach Yoga for any stage of life as it can be adapted to bring harmony to the body, mind and soul no matter who you are.

I have been teaching Yoga sine 2006 and am British Wheel of Yoga qualified. I have taught Yoga for Pregnancy since 2009, Mums and Babies & Toddlers & Children since 2010. I offer one-to-ones and small group classes in all the above and an After School Club.

I can also offer Baby Massage, holisitic massages & Reiki :)

It is great to practice Yoga as your body changes in pregnancy, helping your body and mind prepare for the birth of your baby and challenges of early motherhood. It then helps nurture, strengthen and revitalise you. You will also meet lots of other new mums

Classes combine breathing techniques, posture work and relaxation (pranayama, asana and yoga nidra), which are all especially modified from classical yoga techniques, for the modern mother to be. Everything is adapted taking in to consideration your particular stage of pregnancy/post natal body and your particular needs (whether you have back pain, pelvic pains or are particularly fatigued etc).

FRIDAYS, 6.30-8pm (FUN WITH FITNESS)

TUESDAYS
MUM & BABY CLASSES- 12-1pm
TODDLERS (mobile - 2yrs), 10-11am
TODDLERS (2-4yrs), 11am-noon
