R S Build Limited was formed in 2004 and has grown to be successful on the reputation of quality work, being forward thinking, innovative whilst consulting and advising with Clients to deliver an outstanding result.
We are a dedicated team of artisans with a creativity and wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of construction works, residential, commercial and refurbishment. Whether it be traditional or contemporary design
We very much work with Clients on a daily basis and encourage open discussion to change and adapt during a build within the constraints of regulation and financial budgets. If its possible and within your budget we will build it.
Project Management
Helping busy Clients to work through the process from design inception to final completion where there are defined requirements. We can design and build your project by introducing you to the relevant professionals for the design stage. This is on a fixed fee or cost plus basis which give great diversity and flexibility. Contract values up to £1.5m
Main Contractor
Working with Clients to undertake some or all of the contract works. Flexibility to work with Clients nominated contractors if required whilst still maintaining a high level of workmanship and professional standards. We are very selective in who works with us selecting only the best of tradesmen and suppliers using quality materials
Structural Engineering
Working closely with specialist contractors to design and incorporate designs within a build in steel, oak and glass to dynamic effect
Landscaping
Marshalls Register Member with award winning designs and installations taking pride in creativity. Design and build both hard and soft landscaping projects creating your piece of tranquillity by extending the home into the garden.
Special Projects

R S Build was privileged to introduce Tough Mudder to the UK at Boughton House, Northamptonshire, May 2012 in partnership with the Buccleuch Group. We were chosen to be the official course builder for 5 events in 2012/13 other venues included, Drumlanrig Castle Dumfries, Cholmondley Castle Estate Malpas Cheshire, Matterley Bowl Winchester Hampshire. All events were a huge success with close liaison with the Estate Management to give a maximum thrill for the participants whilst still maintaining high standards of build to tight deadlines. Post event works ensuring that the estate was reinstated to its pre -event condition reinforcing good Event Estate relations. References are available for any future events work.
