The only fully equipped Pilates Studio in Maidstone offering private and group Pilates sessions and private yoga sessions (group sessions coming later in the year). I am Star Monroe and have over 20 years experience teaching Pilates (30 years in the fitness industry). I am also a fully qualified psychotherapist and eating psychology coach, enabling me to offer you the complete mind:body service for ever lasting change.
